1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and luck55 ("luck55", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website located at luck55.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

luck55 is an English-language online gaming information platform targeting Pakistani users. We provide information, educational content, guides and references relating to online sports betting, live casino products, slot games, cricket odds markets and responsible gambling practices. luck55 does not directly accept bets, operate a licensed Pakistani gambling service, or provide real-money gaming directly through this website.

3Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis during your use of the Platform:

4Platform Use & Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to access and use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may access the Platform to read gaming information, browse guides, review terms and policies, use responsible gambling tools and interact with your registered Account where applicable. All access and use must be in good faith and consistent with the purpose of the Platform as described in these Terms.

4.2 Technical Conduct

4.3 Single Account Rule

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

5Account Registration

Where account registration functionality is available on the Platform, the following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must notify luck55 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.
• luck55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Your Account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell or assign your Account or any associated balance to any other person.

5.1 KYC Verification

luck55 and its operators operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing withdrawals or where account activity triggers a verification requirement, you may be asked to provide identity and address documentation. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence for identity, and a recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document for address verification. Account functionality may be restricted until KYC is completed to the satisfaction of luck55.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in accordance with the cashier terms current at the time of the transaction. luck55 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual familiarity only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling on this Platform.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• Only funds sourced from payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Where bonuses and promotional offers are made available through the Platform, the following general terms apply. Specific bonus terms will be documented at the point of offer and take precedence over these general provisions in the event of any conflict.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. You must meet the stated wagering requirement before bonus-related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

8.1 User Obligations

• You must only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

9Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• The luck55 name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. You must not use them without explicit written permission.

10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

12Account Suspension & Termination

luck55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• Continuing to allow your Account to remain active would expose luck55, its users or third parties to legal, financial or reputational risk;
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requires the suspension or termination of your Account.

Where an Account is terminated by luck55 for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited where it relates to fraudulently obtained funds, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct. Balances not subject to such claims will be returned to the User's last verified payment method where feasible and required by applicable law.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact luck55 support through the live chat or email channel. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with the Platform's account management procedures.

13Privacy & Data

luck55 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, to the extent applicable. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial regulations. luck55 does not provide legal advice, and these Terms should not be construed as a representation that the Platform is lawful or accessible in Pakistan.

15Amendments to These Terms

Where changes are material, luck55 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or via a notification displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
